Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", the "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User",Player", or "you") and waze2win (hereinafter referred to as "waze2win", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible atwaze2win.cam.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or in any way using the waze2win platform, its services, or any related features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the waze2win platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact our support team to request account closure.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the waze2win website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at waze2win.cam.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered and holds an active Account on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiple of the bonus amount that must be staked before the bonus and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or by waze2win's operational policies.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures conducted by waze2win in compliance with applicable regulations.
• "MYR" or "RM" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the Platform.
• "Services" collectively refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, promotions, and any other features offered by waze2win on the Platform.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on waze2win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and must remain of legal age for the duration of your use of the Platform. waze2win strictly enforces a21+ minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or in which waze2win has elected not to offer its services. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.3 Legal Capacity

You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been previously self-excluded from gambling, or who are subject to a court order or guardianship that restricts their ability to enter into binding agreements, are not eligible to register.

3.4 Single Account

Each individual person may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

Account Registration

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds held in the Account.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. waze2win will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.3 KYC Verification

waze2win reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian identity card or passport), proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and witholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4.4 Contact Details

You must maintain up-to-date contact information on your Account. waze2win will communicate account-related notices, verification requests, and security alerts to the email address associated with your Account. You are responsible for ensuring this address remains active and accessible.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

waze2win accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

• Online banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect
• E-walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Online transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

5.2 Deposit Currency

All deposit transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted to the MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction processing.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific promotion requires a higher minimum. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player account tier. Please refer to the Cashier section of the Platform for current limits applicable to your Account.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. waze2win does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

5.5 Processing Times

Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited to your Account within seconds of confirmation. FPX bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and are typically credited upon reaching the required number of block confirmations for the respective network.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once all applicable wagering requirements attached to any active Bonus Balance have been satisfied. Real Money Balance (funds deposited without active bonus conditions) may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to the KYC verification requirements described in Section 4.3.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your Account, where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, waze2win will contact you to arrange an alternative payment method. We do not process withdrawals to accounts in third-party names under any circumstances.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 minutes to 60 minutes from the time of request approval, depending on the payment method selected. In certain circumstances — including but not limited to pending KYC verification, security reviews, or high withdrawal volumes — processing times may be extended. waze2win will communicate any such delays to the affected Player via their registered email address.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account tier and payment method. Players enrolled in the VIP loyalty programme may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits — contact support for details applicable to your tier.

6.5 Withdrawal Verification

waze2win reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting updated KYC documentation, proof of payment method ownership, or the source of funds. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending the outcome of any such verification process.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by waze2win are subject to their specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion detail page. For example, aRM100 bonus with a 35x wagering requirement means that RM3,500 must be wagered before the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at reduced rate toward fulfilling wagering requirements — specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

waze2win employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated play between multiple players for the purpose of exploiting promotions. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances forfeited and may have their Account suspended or permanently closed.

7.4 Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus is available to new Players upon making their first qualifying deposit and is subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Players who have previously held an Account on the Platform are not eligible for the Welcome Bonus.

7.5 Expiry

Bonus balances that have not been activated or whose wagering requirements have not been completed within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.

Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the waze2win Platform are subject to acceptance by waze2win. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including where we reasonably suspect the bet to have been placed in error, based on incorrect odds, or in circumstances that may constitute abuse of the Platform.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market interface and may vary by product, account tier, and market conditions. waze2win reserves the right to impose reduced stake limits on individual accounts where, in our sole judgment, there is reasonable cause to do so.

8.3 Obvious Errors

Where a bet has been accepted at odds or on terms that were manifestly eroneous due to a technical error, data feed error, or human error, waze2win reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake to the Player's account. Winings generated from such manifestly erroneous bets will not be paid out.

8.4 Live Betting

In-play or live betting markets are offered subject to ongoing availability. During live events, odds may change rapidly and bets may be suspended temporarily or permanently. waze2win does not guarantee continuous availability of live betting markets for any event. Bets accepted prior to any suspension will be settled in accordance with the stated rules for the respective market.

8.5 Settlement

Bets will be settled in accordance with the official results and rules for the respective sport or game as published by the relevant governing body, league, or sporting authority. For Liga Super Malaysia and EPL markets, results as confirmed by the official league bodies will be used for settlement purposes. In the event of ambiguity, waze2win's determination shall be final.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the waze2win Platform:

• Registering more than one Account per individual person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or payment systems for personal gain
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker and live dealer games
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process illicit funds
• Placing bets in excess of personal financial means or in violation of any gambling restrictions applicable to the Player
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling limits or self-exclusion restrictions
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or adversely affects other Players' experience
• Sharing login credentials or allowing third parties to operate your Account

Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by waze2win

waze2win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or our decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction. In the event of Account closure for non-breach reasons, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via a supported payment method.

10.2 Termination by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before your Account is closed, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any outstanding Bonus Balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited. Account closure requests may take up to 5 business days to process.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including without limitation Section 9 (Prohibited Conduct), Section 11 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 15 (Governing Law) — shall continue to apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, waze2win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winings or profits due to technical errors, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses resulting from your reliance on inaccurate information displayed on the Platform due to data feed errors
• Interruptions to live betting services during sporting events
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors that delay or prevent deposits withdrawals

Where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction limits the extent to which liability may be excluded or limited, such limitations shall apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law. waze2win's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the waze2win Platform, including but not limited to the waze2win brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of waze2win or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of waze2win.

Privacy

Your use of the waze2win Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data including the legal bases on which we process your information and your rights as a data subject.

Responsible Gambling

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which waze2win holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent waze2win from seeking emergency or interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in any territory to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.

Amendments to These Terms

waze2win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform not less than 14 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required urgently to comply with applicable law or address an identified security risk.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
